Does the eSIM come with a phone number?
No, our eSIMs are data-only. Calls and texts stay on your regular SIM — you do not need to remove it. You can still call over the internet with WhatsApp, Telegram or FaceTime, and bank SMS codes still arrive on your home number.
Do I need to remove my regular SIM?
No, eSIM works alongside your physical SIM — you can keep both active at once.

Do I need to sign up?
No, you pay without creating an account. Your order is tied to the email you enter at checkout.
How can I pay and in what currency?
Prices are shown in US dollars. Pay with crypto (USDT or TON) from any country, charged at the current rate. Bank cards issued in Russia (Mir, Visa, Mastercard) and SBP are also accepted, charged in rubles at the Central Bank rate on the day of payment.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If the eSIM doesn't suit your phone (including a phone locked to a carrier) or doesn't work, we'll refund you or replace the eSIM. We'll also refund you if the QR code didn't arrive because of an error on our side. Contact support and include your order number.
