1. Who we are

eSIM SOS is a service selling travel eSIMs: the eSIM profiles are issued by our wholesale supplier, and we sell access to its plans. The website operator and the controller of your data is Individual Entrepreneur Gulnazira Burankaeva (OGRNIP 325028000026904, INN 027415752300), Russian Federation.

2. What data we collect

• Email: you enter it before payment (for cards of Russian banks and SBP, in the field on our website; for foreign cards, on the payment service's page). We use it to link the payment to your order, send you the QR code and the fiscal receipt and, if needed, reply to a question about your order.
• Order details: the selected country, plan and payment amount. They are stored in our database to fulfil the order itself (issue the QR code, answer a support request).
• Language cookie (locale): remembers the interface language you chose on the website and is stored for up to 1 year. It is not used for tracking, only for convenience on your next visit.
• Anonymized visit statistics: the website uses Yandex.Metrica and Google Analytics to analyze traffic and visitor behavior (which pages are viewed, where visitors come from, whether they reached payment). These services may set their own cookies; see their privacy policies (Yandex, Google) for details. For analytics and ad measurement the website also uses the VK Ads counter (Top.Mail.Ru).

There is no registration and no password: orders are placed without creating an account.

3. Who we share data with

• T-Bank (internet acquiring: cards of Russian banks, SBP) sees your email (for the fiscal receipt) and payment data under its own privacy policy. The card number does not reach our servers and is not stored by us.
• Lava.top (accepting payments by foreign Visa/Mastercard cards in dollars) sees your email and payment data under its own privacy policy. The card number is not passed to us.
• The wholesale eSIM supplier (issues the eSIM profile itself) receives only the internal order number and the plan code. Your email is not passed to it.
• Yandex.Metrica and Google Analytics receive anonymized visit data (pages viewed, actions on the website), without email or payment data.
• VK LLC (VK Ads counter / Top.Mail.Ru) receives data about visits and actions on the website to measure and show ads, without email or payment data.

4. How long we keep data

Order data (email, plan details, payment amount) is kept for at least 4 years from the purchase, in line with the requirements of Russian tax law for keeping the primary documents of an Individual Entrepreneur.

5. Your rights

You can request access to your data, its correction or deletion: contact us using the details below and include the email used for the order.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this document; the date of the last change is shown at the top of the page.
