1. About the service

eSIM SOS (operated by Individual Entrepreneur Gulnazira Burankaeva, OGRNIP 325028000026904, INN 027415752300) sells access to mobile data plans in eSIM format. We are not a mobile carrier: the eSIM profiles are issued by our wholesale supplier. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

2. How an order works

1. You choose the country, validity period and data amount in the calculator on the website.
2. Payment is a one-time payment without creating an account: with a card of a Russian bank, via SBP or with cryptocurrency (USDT, TON) in rubles, and in the Telegram mini app also with Stars. Cards issued outside Russia are not accepted.
3. Right after payment, the QR code and the activation code are shown on the confirmation page.

The price is shown in US dollars before payment and does not change during checkout.

3. eSIM activation

You activate the eSIM yourself by scanning the QR code in your phone settings. Before buying, we recommend making sure that your device supports eSIM and is not locked to a carrier, so the eSIM works right after installation. If the eSIM still turns out to be incompatible with your device, the procedure in section 4 applies.

4. Refunds and order cancellation

An eSIM is a digital product, so once the QR code and activation code have been issued the order is considered fulfilled. We refund the full order amount or replace the eSIM in the following cases: if the payment went through but the QR code and activation code were not issued because of an error on our side; if the purchased eSIM is not compatible with your device, including when the device does not support eSIM or is locked to a carrier; if the eSIM does not work (activation failure, an error on the supplier's side, etc.). To request a refund or a replacement, contact us using the details below and include your order details.

5. Limitation of liability

Network quality and availability depend on the local carrier and the conditions in a particular country; we do not guarantee uninterrupted coverage at every point of a region. The website is provided "as is", without any warranties beyond those required by law.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes not settled through negotiation are resolved in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation at the place of registration of the Individual Entrepreneur.
